Caring For Your Rad Stuff
Wash In Cold Water & Hang To Dry
Regular detergent is fine. No bleach, fabric softener, dry cleaning or irons. You’ve got this.
Watch it!
Stuff happens, but take care to avoid abrasive surfaces. Things like Velcro, pavement, thorny plants and nipple rings can take a toll on the fabric.
Air It Out
Wash your garment as soon as possible after a big, sweaty ride. If you can’t, let it air out as much as humanly possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. So please look over the size charts and design mockups carefully before placing your order. You can always contact us for any questions about your order at info@radcustomcycling.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We cannot accommodate exchanges since every item is custom-made to order. If you'd like to start a reorder for a different size, send us an email and we'll get it started right away.

Purchasing jerseys for a youth team can be a gamble, especially when they outgrow their shoes every week and half. We'll try and keep your headaches to a minimum by recommending that you size up. If it's still not enough, let us know so we can issue you a reorder discount. Our only ask is that you donate your unused jersey to another youth rider or to your team coach for future use.
Crash Replacement
Huck to dirt nap? Been there. If your custom order gets damaged from getting too radical, send us a picture and we'll trade you a cool story for a cool discount on a replacement.
How Long Until I Get My Stuff?
Custom orders take 6-8 weeks in production once your design is finalized and/or your Team Store closes. Reorders take less time and can be expected in 4-6 weeks.
Do I Have To Meet A Minimum?
No! We're happy to accommodate single piece orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We try to offer low-cost shipping whenever possible. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Art Specs
Vector artwork (.ai or .eps) is preferred.
Raster Artwork (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG) – If you must submit any artwork in raster format we ask that its high resolution (at least 300 dots per inch).
